The Secretariat handles all correspondence on behalf of the Council and the editorial board. Enquiries are directed to the office appropriate to the subject matter to ensure timely handling.

The Council maintains a single point of correspondence for all enquiries. The Secretariat directs each note to the appropriate member of the editorial chamber on receipt. Routine correspondence is acknowledged within seven working days; substantive matters within a fortnight.

General Enquiry

To Write to the Council

For matters not falling within the scope of a specific office, the general form below may be used. The Secretariat will acknowledge receipt within seven working days and will refer the enquiry to the appropriate office as required.

Postal

Where physical correspondence is necessary, the Secretariat accepts post addressed to the Office of the Secretary, care of the Council's registered agent. Enquirers should write first to journal@theartisancouncil.org to obtain the current postal address; the Council does not publish its registered address in unsolicited public correspondence.
