The Programmes

Awards Conferred Across Five Disciplines

The Council conducts annual cycles of recognition across the disciplines under its editorial purview. Each programme operates an independent cycle of nomination, review, and conferral, culminating in the publication of citations each autumn.

Programme I

The Bespoke Programme

Tailoring, shirtmaking, leather goods, and the makers of personal craft. The Bespoke programme is the Council's founding discipline and recognises practitioners whose work upholds the construction standards and provenance traditions of the bespoke trade.

The programme operates across six categories: Heritage Atelier, Modern Bespoke Practitioner, Value Bespoke, Women's Bespoke, Bespoke Shirtmaking, and Bespoke Accessories. Recognitions are conferred annually.

The Hospitality Programme

Independent hotels, heritage properties, and houses of considered service. The Hospitality programme recognises operators outside the major chain affiliations whose work demonstrates craft in service, sense of place, and the quieter virtues of independent practice.

The programme operates across eight categories spanning Heritage, Artisan, Boutique, Resort, and Wellness recognitions, with regional citations covering Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. The 2027 cycle will introduce a dedicated Restoration category.
