The Hospitality Programme recognises independent hotels, heritage properties, and houses of considered service outside the major chain affiliations. The programme operates across eight standing categories with regional citations covering Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and the Middle East.
Annual Cycles
The Sixth Cycle
Eight recipients across the standing categories. The cycle introduced the Wellness Sanctuary category and conferred its inaugural recognition.
The Fifth Cycle
Seven recipients across seven categories. Notable for the recognition of three heritage properties under second-generation family stewardship.

Recognition of owner-operated houses where the standards of service reflect a singular vision and a deliberate scale of operation.
Boutique Hotel of the Year
Recognition of properties of fewer than fifty keys distinguished by considered design, service standards, and sense of place.
Resort of the Year
Recognition of independently operated resorts upholding craft in landscape, architecture, and the integration of the property within its setting.
Wellness Sanctuary
Recognition of properties where the practice of wellness extends beyond commercial spa programming into the architecture and discipline of the house.
F&B Integration
Recognition of properties where the standards of the table are integrated into the broader hospitality of the house, with documented sourcing and seasonal practice.
Regional Citations
Recognition of properties of distinction within the regions covered by the programme: Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and the Middle East.
Restoration (from 2027)
